International Literacy Day 2021 provides an opportunity to reflect on and discuss how innovative and effective pedagogies and teaching methodologies can be used in youth and adult literacy programs to face the pandemic and beyond. It’s been over a year since the Corona virus pandemic began and changed everyone’s life across the world. While many adults have shifted to the new-norm of work-from-home, many students are also now either being home-schooled or their education has been shifted to virtual classes. Students of Rasbihari International School, Nashik performed various activities on International Literacy Day. to create awareness about the importance of literacy and that Literacy is an integral part of education and lifelong learning premised on humanism, International Literacy Day 2021 re imagines the future of literacy for and beyond the pandemic.
