The week is observed to make students understand the importance of nutritional and adaptive eating habits so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle. As the theme of 2021 is “Feeding smart right from start” Grade 6 students made creative Food art with nutritious food and shared the importance of nutritious food.If you need an active life with growth and development, then a balanced diet is a must. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body and for that, we must take the adequate amount of nutrients in our daily diet. Grade 7 students made ppt and video on Awareness of importance of local food. Food and nutrition are mandatory for overall physical and mental health and ever since the pandemic has wreaked havoc, awareness about healthy food and nutrition has started to spread. One must acquire the essential nutrients and food for growth and a healthy lifestyle. Grade 8 students had Immunity booster food presentation explaining the need in the diet plan during the pandemic situation. Grade 9 students had Science and PE integrated physical activity and right kind of food to keep them self fit.If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have the safest way to health. Grade 10 students made presentation on Effect of malnutrition on health and society and importance of Balanced Diet.
