Rasbihari International School organized Marathi Elocution Competition with a aim to encourage the skills and talents related to the art of public speaking. Students shared their views on the topic- The changing ways of celebrating Ganesh Utsav, Covid -19- A global pandemic and its effects, Health is wealth, My favorite book, Atmanirbhar Bharat, Online education system, Start-up India, and Organ donation. Acknowledging the new set up learning through online mode, students participated with a great zeal in this competition. The students uploaded their videos about sharing their thoughts on the topics they had selected. They exhibited extraordinary confidence, voice modulation and intonation along with camera presence skills and captivated the interest of listener. Mrs. Rohini Nerkar and Mrs. Rupali Kulkarni assessed the performances of the students. They assessed the students on the factors as voice quality, selection of topic and preparedness of the student.
Miss. Anushka Deore(grade 7) secured the first position, Mast. Yugandhar Tidke (grade 6) secured the second position from group 1. Miss. Madhvi Deore (grade 9) secured the first position, Miss. Shreya Nirgide (grade 8) secured the second position from group 2. Mrs. Rupali Kulkarni coordinated with the team to ensure it was conducted effectively.
