Public speaking is one of the best means to boost self-confidence. It aids in improving communication skills. Elocution is the best way to increase an individual’s confidence and self-esteem when using their voice. Therefore Hindi elocution competition is used every year as a means to share our ideas and thoughts with others. It was an inter-house competition where 1 student from each house was selected. The criteria was shared with the students and each student got an opportunity to participate. The judge for the event was Prof. Savita Mundhe from HPT Arts & RYK Science College. The topics given for the speech was challenging for the students.
The winner from the 1st group (Grade 6 and 7) was Siddhi Deore
2nd Prize was bagged by Shravya Deshpande .
2ND Group (Grade 8, 9 and 10) Samruddhi patil and Samruddhi Fulpagare bagged the 1st prize and Shreya Nirgide got the 2nd prize.
The competition was a grand success.
