Training facilitated by Shilpa Dave
At Rasbihari, reflection is a key improve teaching and learning practices. Teachers write and share their reflection on the lessons they conducted. In addition to this, unique way of planning to achieve the learning outcomes is used where teachers create hypothesis based on their learning objective. To develop deeper understanding of this, training on Hypothesis and lesson planning, reflection was facilitated by Ms Shilpa Dave.
Teachers were grouped in their respective subject areas and created hypotheses on a selected learning outcome. Further the created hypothesis were discussed and analysed by the entire team of teachers. Based on this discussion, teachers came up with the points to consider while creating hypothesis for classroom learning. Further, teachers shared their understanding about writing reflection considering hypothesis and how it makes their observation more focused and specific.
