    Rasbihari Scholarship Eligibility Criteria, % allocation and application process

    1 Academic Scholarships – External Body Examinations For students who have qualified the highest level (Top rank holder of that level)  of achievement in the Nationally recognized exams as mentioned below –

    • NTSE (National Talent Search Examination)
    • MTSE ((National Talent Search Examination)
    • Dr. Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Competition
    2 Sports 1. For a student who has achieved Zonal/ National level/International level in any form of sports as per the Olympic and CBSE games list  shown in exhibit E-4 for the games.

    2. The competition organizer should be accredited by the Indian Olympic Association in case of private competition organizer.
    3 Music/Drama/Art 1. For a student who is availing the CTSSS scholarship [Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme] as per exhibit E-5.
    2. For a student who has qualified in Trinity College London’s Grade 8 exam in –

    • Drama
    • Classical and Jazz
    • Rock & Pop
    • Theory & Written.

    3. For a student who has achieved Advanced level in Solo & Group Certificates.

    4. For a student who has achieved Gold Art award.
    % of scholarship allocation
    1) If the student has availed Gold/Silver/Bronze medal at the International/National/State level in individual sport, he/she would be eligible for the below mentioned scholarship % –

    •   100% scholarship will be allocated for international achievement
    •    50% scholarship will be allocated for National achievement
    •    25% scholarship will be allocated for Zonal level achievement

    2) In case of the team games if the player is selected for National level then 50% scholarship and for  International level selection 100% scholarship.

    3) If the student is availing the CTSSS scholarship, he/she would be eligible for 100% scholarship.
     For external body examinations 
    Level MTSE
    in case of levelwise clearance (as per the cut off list) – 50% and 100%    		 NTSE
    in case of levelwise clearance (as per the cut off list) – 50% and 100%    		 Dr.Homi-Bhabha Baivaidnyanik Competition
    in case of 3 levels clearance – 25%, 50% and 100%

    Sr. No. Process of Application
    1 Parent applies by filling up the scholarship form in the month of April of every academic year.
    2 The application is verified by personally checking  for the eligibility criteria by the Admin Manager.
    3 Parents attach the required documents along with the application [ List of documents stated in the attachment to the application].
    4 Panel of school Trustee, Principals, and Admin Manager makes the final decision on the final grant of scholarship.
    5 With regard to Sports achievements the concerned Specialist Teacher will verify and approve the authenticity of the certifications.
    6 Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be granted the scholarship after all the verification process.
    7 A child can be eligible for scholarship as along as he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria for that academic year.
    8 Application for scholarship has to be submitted every academic year in the month of April to the Admin Office.
