“To know India and her people, one has to know the monsoon. It has to be a personal experience because nothing short of living through it can fully convey all it means to a people for whom it is not only the source of life, but also their most exciting impact with nature.” By Khuswant Singh, I Shall Not Hear the Nightingale.  The tiny tots of School experienced the rainy days and observed the ‘ Rainbow week’ to give a message that colors are brighter when the mind is open. Students were engaged in many activities that gave them the opportunity learn about the ‘Rainy season’. A few activities like tree plantation, rain dance, painting and singing were conducted.Students came in colorful dresses and represented the rainbow colours .

The mud play was the highlight of the week as students enjoyed making mud sparrows houses and different objects. All the activities ensured students developed fine motor and gross motor skills through play.
