Every year 14th September is celebrated as ‘Hindi Divas’ in India. To promote the National language Inter- House Hindi Essay writing Competition was held for Primary section i.e. from Grade 3 to Grade 5. On various topics like My favorite festival, Visit to the radio station, Importance of our environment, Cleanliness, My favorite book, Natural disaster, Right to education, Mountaineering or autobiography, etc.
On the occasion of ‘Hindi Din’ Hindi prayers and songs were sung in morning assembly. Special assembly included importance of Hindi language, prayers in Hindi were sung by both the sections. Grade 6, 7 and 8 conducted dialogue writing and picture description while grade 9 and 10 had slogan and thought writing activity. Though various activities we ensured students appreciate the importance of Hindi language.
